Bold & Beautiful’s ‘Sheacon’ Separation — and That Eyebrow-Raising Hug With Taylor — Spark Surprising Reactions From an Electrified Audience

All this time, we’d imagined that Bold & Beautiful fans were lukewarm about Deacon and Sheila as a couple. Theirs was, after all, not exactly an epic romance. The first time they had sex, she was in disguise. (Shades of granddaughter Luna.) She cheated with Deacon while engaged to Bill.

But now that the couple has separated, their shippers are coming out of the woodwork. Though Deacon defrocked Bridget on speakerphone with her family, then knocked up her mother (hi, Hope), and Sheila murdered a man with bees and has shot pretty much everyone they know, a segment of the audience is rooting for them.

“I hate that they’re trying to break up ‘Sheacon,’” tweeted Mani. Added Suzan: “When Deacon was down and out with everyone turning their nose up at him, Sheila was there, she accepts all of him. And now he’s got a thriving business and doing well [yet] I see some of the same ones who love saying ‘pizza restaurant’ shipping him with Taylor.”

In fact, while we’d anticipated fans being excited about Taylor taking an interest in anyone other than human waffle Ridge, they actually seem kinda… ticked. “Taylor and Deacon?” Eileen commented following the October 15 recap. “What an insult.” Wendy Newton was so taken aback by their embrace during his therapy session, she remarked, “Talk about unprofessional. Taylor needs to take a good look at herself.”
