EastEnders fans left ‘repulsed’ over ‘disgusting’ episode as groomer cop Craig beds teenager Amy

EastEnders fans were left disgusted over chilling scenes between groomer Craig and teen Amy

EASTENDERS fans have been left “repulsed” by scenes in tonight’s episode as groomer Craig Ingram beds teenager Amy Mitchell.

In Tuesday night’s EastEnders, Amy is seen at the suspended copper’s flat and tells him: “I want to be in love and I want to be loved back.”

The twisted copper has been manipulating her since she confessed to attacking Joel

Twisted Craig uses Amy’s confession to his advantage, kissing her and leading her to the bedroom before chillingly whispering: “We’ll take it gently.”

Viewers who have already watched the episode on BBC iPlayer have taken to social media to have their say – and they’re not impressed.

One wrote: “Disgusting scenes at Craig’s flat as he lures a vulnerable and isolated Amy back to his flat as they agree to sleep together for the very first time.”

Another said: “The ending of today’s episode… I can’t wait till Craig gets caught.”

And a third added: “I haven’t felt this level of disgust in a long time but that Amy and Craig ending.”

Craig has been manipulating Amy since she confessed to him that she attacked Joel Cooper earlier this year.

In a recent episode, Amy saw Craig leaving the police station with a box of his belongings after being sacked – with him claiming he lost his job for withholding evidence in Joel’s case.

But it was later revealed, during a conversation between Amy’s dad Jack and Callum Highway, that Craig was actually being investigated for gross misconduct over inappropriate behaviour towards a young colleague.

However manipulative Craig even managed to use his previous wrongdoing to continue grooming Amy.

He left her gutted when he suggested that, without a job, he’d be forced to leave Walford before their relationship had even started.
