Emmerdale fans fear Tom King is going to kill adored character
Tom will soon be out of prison

As Tom King’s (James Chase) return to Emmerdale looms, audience members are beginning to grow worried for a hugely loved character.
Earlier this week, a liaison officer visited Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) and explained that her abusive ex-husband Tom would soon be out of prison.
Belle was terrified. She was told that Tom’s licence conditions mean he cannot legally go anywhere near her, but Belle knew that a few rules wouldn’t stop him.
Belle’s partner Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah) rushed to support her. He made it clear that he isn’t going to let anything bad happen to Belle – but what about him?

When Tom lived in the village, he deliberately isolated Belle from her friends and family as part of his coercive control, manipulating her and making it harder for her to turn to the people who cared about her.
This sparks serious concern for Belle’s new partner.
Tom has already shown that he’s willing to manipulate Belle to maintain control over her, but if he now sees Kammy as an obstacle to getting her back, could Belle’s new relationship put Kammy directly in Tom’s firing line?
For some fans of the ITV soap, they believe Kammy should start looking over his shoulder soon.
This fan wrote on x: ‘I am a bit worried that Tom is going to kill Kammy, when he comes out. That would be such a shame, as Kammy has been a lovely edition to the Dales. Why can’t the writers allow Belle to be fully be happy, for once!?’.

Another said: ‘Tom will definitely try and go after Kammy though jealousy’.
Tony feared: ‘I hope Tom doesn’t harm kammy or piper.#Emmerdale’.
Worried that Tom may go as far as killing Kammy, Penny wondered: ‘Just had a thought, surely they won’t get Kammy to beat up Tom, or worse kill him’.
This fan spoke for all of us and just wrote: ‘PROTECT KAMMY AT ALL COSTS’.
Real.
Discussing his return to the show, James Chase said: ‘Stepping back into Tom’s shoes is a responsibility I don’t take lightly. He is a character driven by obsession and a desperate need for control, and it is both fascinating and challenging to step back into that mindset.
‘The audience knows exactly who he is and what he is capable of, so the challenge now is to show the lengths he is willing to go to in order to get what he wants, even if it means dismantling Belle’s life all over again. It’s a dark path, and I’m ready to see how far Tom will push it.’
