EastEnders reveals wedding day aftermath as special week kicks off

EastEnders has shared new images of the aftermath of Vicki Fowler and Ross Marshall’s dramatic wedding day. The couple tied the knot earlier this week, but the ceremony was far from smooth sailing, as Ross discovered that Vicki had cheated on him with his best man, Zack Hudson.
Ross was furious about Vicki and Zack’s betrayal, and punched Zack outside the marquee. The wedding was then put on hold, as Vicki desperately attempted to save her fractured relationship.
Thankfully, following some wise words from both Patrick and Sharon, Ross decided to make amends with Vicki, and made a romantic gesture before the pair declared their vows in front of their family and friends – with Zack officially cast aside.
Next week’s episodes will continue where Thursday’s instalment left off, with a special week that will take place over the course of one fateful night that will change everything for a number of characters in Albert Square.
As celebrations get underway in the marquee, new pictures depict the men of Walford – including Ross, Alfie, Harvey, Howie and Mark – as they join forces for an entertaining flash mob at the wedding reception.
Ross had the idea of a flashmob earlier this year to surprise Vicki on their big day, and after a number of rehearsals, the group perform their dance to the community, dressed in matching and rather peculiar outfits.
What no one realises, however, is that the happy moment is about to be completely overshadowed by a series of separate events, all of which will change the lives of those involved forever.
There are a number of big stories taking place elsewhere next week, including Denise dealing with her with her blood cancer diagnosis. Although she eventually tells her partner Jack the devastating news, she hides the truth from her daughter Chelsea.
Meanwhile, George is stunned when he discovers the truth about the financial deal between his dad, Eddie, and his partner, Nicola. When he ends up in a huge confrontation with his dad, George makes a decision that he may live to regret.
Elsewhere, Max proposes to Cindy in the middle of the wedding reception, Ian’s world is turned upside down when he and Kathy get a knock at the door, and Priya looks for attention after Ravi’s exit.
