EASTENDERS star Clair Norris has sparked rumours she’s secretly split from her boyfriend after eight years together.

The actress, 28, who is best known for playing Bernadette Taylor in the BBC soap between 2017 and 2025, started dating Lewis Wood back in April 2018.

She’s loved sharing snippets of their relationship online, including their lavish holidays.

And in 2024 she revealed that they had moved in together, after the soap star revealed plans to do so in 2021.

But now both Clair and Lewis appear to have wiped all traces of their romance off their social media, and even unfollowed each other on Instagram.

The Tell Me Everything star has also recently revealed to her 115k followers that she’s about to go on her first ever holiday by herself.

Taking to Instagram, the soap star shared some stunning snaps from a previous holiday and wrote: “Planning my first ever solo holiday and would absolutely love some advice from anyone who’s been on one…

“I’m a little bit nervous, but I want to push myself outside my comfort zone and have some new experiences, after all, life is for living!!

“I want to know EVERYTHING.

“What did you love? What didn’t you love? What surprised you? What’s one tip you’d give someone like me thinking about doing it for the first time? Would you recommend doing a solo holiday? Any tips on staying safe while travelling alone?

“Andddd where should I go first?”

The Sun has contacted Clair’s representative for comment.

The pair publicly celebrated their sixth anniversary two years ago with a meal at Gaucho in Canary Wharf.

Clair regularly shared an insight into their relationship on social media.

She shared that April 2 is special to her because it’s her nan’s anniversary, the first time she saw Lewis, and his birthday.

EastEnders fans were shocked when Clair left the show in July 2025 after eight years.

A source said prior to her departure: “Every time a soap gets a new boss they want to make their own changes – it’s nothing personal.

“The writing has been on the wall for Bernie for some time so it wasn’t really a surprise to Clair.

“She was the last Taylor standing and it’s time to close the chapter on them and let Clair go on to do other things.”

Another insider said at the time: “Everyone at EastEnders loves Clair but often characters have to leave for new stories to begin, that’s the nature of soap.

“Clair will be missed but she will always be part of the EastEnders family.”

The star has also appeared in The Weakest Link and Obesity: Who Cares if I’m Bigger.

She’s also landed roles in Bloods and Tell Me Everything.
