Emmerdale villain breaks silence on dramatic week as co-star calls for return

Emmerdale‘s latest villain Pippa Fulton has addressed her future on the show, amid a dramatic week in the Dales. The actor, who plays Kylie, arrived on our screens on Monday after kidnapping Lewis Barton in order to get his dad Kev Townsend to return her stolen diamond.
In yesterday’s episode, Kylie continued to put the pressure on Ross Barton and Kev, in exchange for Lewis’ safe return. Though Kev retrieved the diamond, restless Ross deemed him a liability and knocked him out.
Tomorrow night, Ross takes the diamond and goes to get his brother back, with an unconscious Kev in tow. According to an Instagram post shared by Fulton, it seems this is the last we’ll see of Kylie.
“Hi I’m KYLIE!! Catch her causing havoc all this week on EMMERDALE!!!” the star wrote, seemingly confirming her limited time on the soap.
The star shared some behind-the-scenes snaps of her on set, and thanked her co-stars Bradley Riches (Lewis), Michael Parr (Ross) and Chris Coghill (Kev) for making her feel “so welcome”.
“@brad_riches you were like an old friend after being in your presence for an hour, and I felt like we’d been friends in another life! What a dream and an inspiration you are! And you had this old bird Tick Tocking!! To be continued haha…”
She continued: “@mikeparr226 you are the nicest human and had me on a knife edge trying not to laugh right before a take. thank you for always being so lovely.
“@official_chriscoghill what an absolute honour to play along side you, you made my lifelong hardcore Emmerdale mad mum so happy when she received a video message from you & Mike… what ledges.”
Fulton was met with heaps of praise in the comment section for her portrayal of Kylie, with one fan calling her “the world’s kindest abductor”.
Elsewhere, co-star Riches branded her a “legend”, while Parr expressed his desire to work with her again on the soap.
“What a hoot you’ve been to work with. As if its the second time we got to cross paths. You were brilliant love. Praying they get you back x,” he wrote.
