Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Next week on Coronation Street, Jodie’s crimes are finally being exposed on the cobbles, but she’s showing no sign of turning over a new leaf. Also up to no good is Cassie, and her target is nasty Ross.
Meanwhile, Sam is upset during a family gathering, Idris makes an impression, Betsy’s ordeal continues to impact her life, and Debbie suffers a new setback.
Ahead of a bumper six-episode week, get a glimpse of all the action in our round-up below.
1. Shona and David make a visit

Hearing from Kit that it was Jodie who attacked Sarah, Shona furiously demands answers from her sister. Shona and David visit Sarah in prison, where she tells them about Jodie’s trinket box. Will they be able to find it?
Later, with David and Shona asleep, Lily tiptoes downstairs for her games console – only to find the trinket box under the sofa. Will she look inside?
2. Sam returns home – and meets Idris

Sam is discharged from the hospital, and Nick, Toyah, and Leanne rally round him.
He’s troubled by Leanne’s news about her new boyfriend, but she reassures Sam and invites him to meet Idris. At Speed Daal, Leanne introduces Sam to Idris.
3. Steve urges Cassie to drop her vendetta

Cassie remains determined to get rid of Ross and shows Steve an app where people can post reviews of ex-boyfriends.
When Cassie explains she’s uploaded a photo of Ross, hoping to instigate some horror stories to show Tyrone that prove his father is a monster, Steve advises Cassie to delete it.
4. Maria publicly condemns Sarah

Waking up with a hangover, Maria lets Gary talk her into pulling a sickie, and he suggests they spend the day together. But when David spots them, he gives her a piece of his mind for skiving.
As David points out he had to close the salon in order to visit Sarah, Maria declares that Sarah is where she belongs, before angrily storming off.
5. Ollie’s career move surprises Ben

Ollie starts his new job at Speed Daal, and Leanne leaves Alya to show him the ropes.
But when Ben calls in, he’s taken aback to see his son dressed in chef whites and working for the competition!
6. Jodie gatecrashes Harper’s homecoming party

David and Shona arrive home from the hospital with Harper to a surprise party, but Sam is hurt when David won’t let him hold Harper.
Then Jodie walks in, announces she’s confessed to police about assaulting Sarah, and boldly asks to move back in while she awaits her court case.
Lily quizzes Jodie about the trinket box, while Bethany updates Sarah on Jodie’s confession.
7. Idris gives Sam some words of wisdom

Sam confides in Idris about the incident with Harper, as well as how it’s clear David doesn’t trust him and thinks he’s mentally unstable.
Supportive Idris tells Sam about his own anxieties as a teen and how he overcame them. Sam assures Nick and Toyah that he feels much better thanks to a chat with Idris.
8. Cassie finds another blast from Ross’s past

Cassie takes a call from one of Ross’s exes, and he overhears her. Soon after, Cassie summons Steve, Tyrone, Tracy, and Ross to the Rovers and introduces Alison Shave, Ross’s ex-girlfriend whom he stole money from and threatened.
How will everyone react?
9. Jodie is backed into a corner

David and Shona confront Jodie about the contents of her trinket box. What will she have to say?
Intent on winning Lily round, Jodie steps in when she spots Lily struggling to stop some lads from bullying Harry. As the boys run off, Jodie takes a picture of them, and Lily later tells David how Jodie saved the day.
10. Idris has a double shock for Alya

Idris learns from Leanne how much time Alya spends on her legal work, leading him to surprise Alya with a suggestion about selling her share of the restaurant.
But soon Idris has another shock in store for his cousin. What does he have up his sleeve?
11. Ross’s news infuriates Cassie

Steve and Cassie head to the Rovers, where they find Tyrone, Ross, and Tracy enjoying celebratory drinks. Ross reveals he’s taken a job at Highfield Prison, so he’ll be sticking around.
Cassie stalks out of the pub, but Steve advises her to keep her cool, assuring Cassie that Ross will eventually show his true colours and Tyrone will see him for who he really is.
12. Lisa is troubled by news of Sarah

Carla tells Lisa that she’s going to visit Sarah in prison, that she’s not coping well, and that Harry is struggling without his mum.
Having been behind Sarah’s arrest for Theo’s murder, Lisa is now left troubled by the situation.
13. Idris schemes against Adam

In the Rovers, Idris rounds on Adam for representing Abi and suing him over the mould in the flat. Adam is unrepentant and admits to Alya that he is, indeed, manning Abi’s case.
Alya is disapproving, but she explains to Idris that she can’t force Adam to drop Abi as a client. Idris tells Leanne he wants to teach Adam a lesson, and he pays Brody £100 to put the frighteners on Adam! Will Brody comply?
14. Cassie has a major outburst

Ross announces it’s his birthday, so Fiz insists he, Tracy, Cassie and Steve must come for tea. As Tracy tells everyone how great it is to be dating a real alpha male, and the family sing Ross’s praises, Cassie flees for some air.
Upon her return she finds them all singing happy birthday and decides she can’t keep quiet about Ross any longer. What will she say?
15. Asha’s first date turns mysterious

In the shop flat, Asha is nervous as she gets ready for her first date with Sienna. Nina assures Asha that she’s gorgeous and will have a great time.
Asha and Sienna return from their date all smiles – until Sienna’s phone rings and her mood changes. As Sienna rushes off, Asha, Nina, and Amy are bemused.
16. Cassie resorts to old tricks

Cassie is incensed that Ross has stayed the night with Tracy, who has clearly forgiven him. Hearing Ross is taking a drug test for his new job, Cassie clocks Amy pouring a smoothie into Ross’s travel mug.
Hatching a plan, Cassie mixes some of Tyrone’s tablets into Ross’s drink – but she doesn’t realise she’s dropped the pill packet as she leaves.
17. Nina makes a damning accusation

Sienna apologises to Asha for her quick exit, but Nina is suspicious of her excuse that she had to take her elderly aunt to Bingo. Finding Asha in bed with Sienna, an apologetic Nina rushes off.
But when Sienna leaves, Nina can’t find her wage packet and horrifies Asha with the suggestion that Sienna stole it. When Nina accuses Sienna, Sienna brands Nina a jealous ex and storms out. Has Nina got it wrong?
18. Abi is torn over her court battle with Idris

Adam advises Abi to refuse Idris’s offer of £5k in compensation.
But when Alya points out that by going to court, she could end up with nothing, Abi is conflicted. Will she drop her battle against Idris?
19. Jodie spins a fresh web of lies

Having learned absolutely nothing, Jodie opens her laptop and starts a new thread on a forum for mums.
She calls herself Shona and describes herself as a first-time mum who had a traumatic birth. How long will Jodie be able to keep up this latest ruse?
20. Betsy makes a sad announcement

Roy visits Betsy in hospital and helps her with her language skills. Carla relays that the doctor is discharging Betsy, who’s nervous about going home.
Lisa helps her daughter into the house, and she, Carla, and Ryan try to appear upbeat as they show Betsy a bed made up in the living room. A dejected Betsy asks Lisa to tell her fashion college she won’t be attending.
21. Cassie’s plan backfires

Steve finds an empty strip of strong painkillers in Cassie’s cardigan pocket, and he promptly ends their relationship. As Tyrone throws her out, has Cassie burned all her bridges at once?
Star Claire Sweeney is swapping Weatherfield for West End musical Annie as she takes on the role of Miss Hannigan. But how will Cassie bow out?
22. Debbie is mortified by a mistake

Sally and Tim throw a garden party, and with Debbie back from her holiday, she, Bernie, Christina, Fiz, and Mary gather in the back garden. Sally reveals her new pizza oven and instructs Tim to fire up the hot tub.
But as Tim approaches, a confused Debbie doesn’t recognise him and accuses him of ‘perving’ on the women in their swimsuits. Mary gently explains who he is, and apologetic Debbie announces she’s going teetotal.
