EastEnders reveals another character in danger in Gray plot in iPlayer release
Ian is in big trouble...

EastEnders spoilers follow for Wednesday’s episode (12 August), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders has resolved the dramatic plot involving Gray and Sheila Atkins’ sinister plan – but another character has been left in grave danger. This week, prisoner Gray convinced fellow inmate Ian to ask for a visit from Chelsea, offering him protection behind bars in return in the form of a toothbrush crafted into a weapon.
With Chelsea away, Gray’s nan Sheila seized the opportunity to snatch Jordan from Walford and left for the airport to start a new life in Morocco with the young boy.

As another inmate started a commotion in the visiting room, the prison was locked down and Gray cruelly explained that she would be forced to stay put as her son was taken away.
In today’s episode, the police arrived on the Square, and Kim feared the worst when Pearl recalled seeing Sheila in the community centre.
Kim rushed to the hospital to update Denise and Jack on the situation. Denise was devastated, even more so when Kim explained that she was unable to get through to Chelsea.
Jack phoned Sheila and though she hung up quickly, he heard flight announcements in the background. While Jack set about getting police presence at all London airports, Denise figured Sheila would be at City Airport and decided to take matters into her own hands.
Kim was unable to stop frail Denise leaving hospital, so the pair headed to the airport together and eventually managed to track down Jordan and Sheila. Denise raged at Sheila and told her that Jordan needed to be with his mum.

Chelsea, who returned home from prison and found out about Jordan’s disappearance, made her way to the hospital and reunited with her son before he could board a plane with Sheila.
After this rescue mission, Denise’s health deteriorated so she was taken back to the hospital. Jack was furious with Kim for allowing Denise to go out, but Kim reasoned that her sister wouldn’t have coped if they had lost Jordan.
But while Jordan is safe, it’s Ian who is now in grave danger. When Gray didn’t get a call from Sheila, he realised that something had gone wrong with the plan, and he concluded that Ian must have tipped someone off.
When Ian was confronted by Gray in his cell, he reached for his weapon – but realised that Gray was now holding the blade. Will Gray turn violent on Ian?
