In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, four characters face the consequences after Charity accidentally let slip that Cain tried to proposition her when Moira was in prison. But with so much else going on for the Dingles, can everyone move forward?
Meanwhile, Lewis is targeted by criminals outside his own home, and Kerry worries about whether she has a future with Jai.

1. Moira confronts Cain
Moira confides in Lydia about how her marriage to Cain is in a rocky place again, although she chooses not to reveal the reasons why.
Cain returns home following a night spent on Chas’s sofa at The Woolpack. Although still hurt after hearing what went on when she was in prison, Moira is willing to hear Cain out. Can the couple make amends?
2. Mack hears too much
Charity leaves a voicemail for Moira, full of regret after drunkenly dropping Cain in it. She downplays the recent incident and urges Moira to move past it.
Mack walks in and overhears the tail-end of the conversation, leaving Charity frustrated that the secret is spreading further. What will Mack make of it all?
3. Cain considers a worrying decision
Cain receives a telephone update about his condition, following on from his recent in-person appointment. It’s confirmed that his cancer has slightly spread and he’ll need radiotherapy once he’s recovered from his recent operation.
Still plagued with concern over the side-effects of treatment, Cain tells Sarah that he’s considering turning down the radiotherapy and living with the illness, believing that he could have years left. How will Sarah respond? And will Cain tell Moira that this is his preferred option?
4. Jai gives Archie and Kerry the cold shoulder
Jai is still struggling to forgive Archie and Kerry for their AI scam antics, shocked that they’ve conned Caleb out of £5,000.
Archie gets a frosty reception when he talks up the benefits of AI – poor timing after everything that’s happened. Meanwhile, Kerry is left with the very real fear that her relationship with Jai won’t survive this latest hurdle.
5. Vinny’s planned treat for Lewis backfires
Vinny springs a surprise on Lewis by revealing that he’s booked them a last-minute holiday to Madeira, with the flight leaving that day.
Lewis struggles with the spontaneity of the gesture and, after becoming overwhelmed, insists that he’s not going and Vinny should enjoy the break by himself.
6. Lewis is kidnapped
After some well-meaning words of advice from Ross, an anxious Lewis changes his mind and decides to leave for the holiday after all.
While waiting for his taxi outside, Lewis is stunned as a van pulls up and two mystery villains kidnap him!
