Coronation Street star SPLITS from police officer boyfriend after three years of dating

A FORMER Coronation Street actor has split from his partner – months after being killed off the soap.

Daniel Brocklebank, 46, played vicar Billy Mayhew in the ITV show but was given the boot earlier this year during the Corriedale crossover special.

Now, in a further blow to the actor, his love life has also taken a suffering with the star having a sad split with his police officer boyfriend, Jordan Coulthard, 26.

Daniel began romancing his toyboy in July 2023 but now pals have insisted they have called it quits.

A source tells us: “They parted ways some time ago as it wasn’t working out, but they are still friendly.

“Daniel hasn’t shared any snaps of Jordan on his social media for over a year, since last April.

It is the latest blow for Dan after his soap axing

“He did comment on one of his snaps in December, but since then they have not publicly interacted on socials, although they are still following each other.

“Meanwhile, Jordan has no trace of his relationship with Daniel on social media, and has recently been sharing a series of shirtless snaps which his followers have been enjoying in the comments.”

Jordan was Daniel’s second toyboy lover in recent years with the 46-year-old ending his relationship with much younger Corrie co-star Rob Mallard before dating Jordan.

The Sun has contacted Daniel and Jordan for comment.

Daniel’s final scenes in Coronation Street aired in January of this year after he was axed by show bosses.

Former partner Jordan previously spoke out to insist that the decision for Daniel to leave the soap was not his own.
