Young Emmerdale star Mabel Addison celebrates major milestone on soap
"I honestly don't know where time has gone."

Young Emmerdale star Mabel Addison has celebrated a major milestone on the ITV soap, four years to the week since her first scenes playing the character Clemmie Reed aired.
The character was introduced as the daughter of Dawn Fletcher’s friend Beth, who passed away. Beth and Billy decided to apply for guardianship and successfully went through the fostering process.
Even though Dawn and Billy are no longer together, Billy remains close to Clemmie, Lucas and Evan.
Yesterday, the Addison family’s Instagram uploaded photos of Mabel on set with Billy actor Jay Kontzle and Rosie Bentham.
“Celebrating her fourth year on @emmerdale this week! By having a magic garden pizza in the hide! (obviously this was in last nights episode!),” reads the caption. “I honestly don’t know where time has gone.”
The scene from the photo and the caption saw Billy decide to take Clemmie for a treat at Hide after the dentist. Unfortunately for him, she isn’t a fan of the magic garden pizza with its cauliflower base and jackfruit.
Billy says eating healthy will make her big and strong, but Clemmie says that Dawn’s current fella Joe Tate is in better shape and he eats junk food. Afterwards, Gabby Thomas tells Billy that he’s in better shape than Joe, and they share a cute moment.
But while things are progressing nicely between Billy and Gabby this week, spoilers for next week’s episodes reveal that Dawn gets very jealous of her ex getting with someone new.
“Billy deserves some happiness after what Dawn did,” explains our Emmerdale spy. “His relationship with Gabby Thomas is blossoming, although there have been some teething troubles. But it seems if Dawn can’t have Billy, no one can!”
Sadly, the drama with Dawn also contributes to Gabby’s own struggles with her obsessive behaviour, which is set to be one of the summer’s biggest stories.
